Camp Acorn is fortunate to the have the support of some wonderful local organizations across northern New Jersey. Our “Friends of Camp Acorn” page is meant to help introduce you to the people and organizations that work with us to provide a great program and positive community for our families and campers. Please take a moment to see what our friends are up to!

Fidelians of America – The Fidelians of America is a group of Italian Americans whose mission is to make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate and disadvantaged. They aim to empower young people with disabilities to reach their full potential for personal development.

2024 is the second year that the Fidelians sponsored Camp Acorn’s swimming program, helping us give our campers a very cool time! The pool provided not only summer time fun but also the swimming and critical therapeutic activity that individuals with special needs require.

Societa Unita – A big thank you to our friends over at Societa Unita for their continued support as a bronze sponsor. With this donation we can continue to support our social enrichment programs for our campers.

Columbia Bank – Thanks Columbia Bank for becoming a friend sponsor. We appreciate the partnership to provide our campers with stimulating activities to build long lasting friendships within the community.

Cenzino – Located in Oakland at 589 Ramapo Valley Rd, NJ 07436 are our new friends at Cenzino’s thanks to their generous donation we will be able to continue to make a positive impact on the lives of our campers!
